Onychomycosis Or Tinea Unguium
It is a fungal infection of the toenails or fingernails most commonly caused by Dermatophyte, that may involve any component of the nail unit, including the matrix, bed, or plate.
Case: This patient 42yr/M with increasingly discolored (brown-black), disfigured 1st and 2nd toe nail both feet, with foul smell.

Treatment: Patient is undergoing treatment with antifungal medications including oral and topical agents as well as healing laser for fungal infection.
